History
The Spencer brothers built and ran this half-mile oval east of Rochester starting in 1955. During ownership changes in the 1990s it briefly ran as Apple Valley Speedway and Williamson International Speedway before the Spencers regained it and sold to John White in 2005. Since 2018 the Race of Champions organization has handled day-to-day operations with a short annual schedule of special events.
