History
Ground was broken on the Bakersfield complex in 2007, but money troubles during the housing crash delayed its opening until 2013. The facility includes a half-mile paved oval, a dirt oval added in 2015 and a motocross course. New owners bought it in 2023 and renamed it after Bakersfield native and NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick.
