History
The Roseville Firemen's Association built a quarter-mile dirt track at the Placer County Fairgrounds that opened in 1955. It was paved in 1970 and named for the city's All-America City award. A 2006-07 rebuild lengthened it to a third of a mile, and Tim Huddleston took over operations in 2024.
