History
The semi-banked quarter-mile clay oval east of Ennis opened in 1985 under owner Roger Archer as 85 Speedway, named for its farm road. It later became Big O Speedway, racing USRA classes and hosting touring shows. The World of Outlaws sprint cars were booked there in March 2024.
