History

George Barber built the park near Birmingham alongside his Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, and the circuit opened in 2003. It is an IndyCar fixture, hosting the Children's of Alabama Indy Grand Prix through 2026. The 880-acre facility is known for its landscaping and roughly 80 feet of elevation change.
