History
A temporary quarter-mile dirt oval is built each winter inside the main exhibition hall at Tulsa's Expo Square, now called the SageNet Center. The Chili Bowl Nationals began there in 1987 and grew into the largest indoor midget race in the world, drawing hundreds of entries. The building also hosts the Tulsa Shootout for younger and outlaw-class drivers.
