History
Hallett opened in 1976 in the hills about 35 miles west of Tulsa, and it has more than 80 feet of elevation change. In its early years it drew professional series including Trans-Am, IMSA GT and Can-Am, which ran there in 1987. The course can run in either direction and now serves mostly club racing and driver education.
