History
Dominic Anthony Venditti founded the track after World War II, and it opened on May 30, 1946 as a quarter-mile for midgets. It was lengthened to a third of a mile in 1980 and added pro stocks as a headline division. The Venditti family still owns it, making it the longest continuously family-run race track in the United States.
