History
Mid-America Motorplex was built near Council Bluffs as an Alan Wilson-designed road course for high-performance driving education, with an eighth-mile drag strip on the same site. It later became Raceway Park of the Midlands (RPM). Groups such as PCA and BMW clubs held driving schools there, and the grounds were also used for concerts like Knotfest in 2012.
