History
Private investors built the facility west of Spokane in 1974 as Spokane Raceway Park. Spokane County bought it in 2008 and ran it as Spokane County Raceway. In 2021 the county sold it to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians for $6.1 million, and the tribe renamed it Qlispé Raceway Park, holding its first races in 2022.
