History
The circuit opened in July 2002 as BeaveRun Motorsports Complex and was renamed after Jim and Kathy Stout bought it in 2011. The Stouts added a South Track in 2015 and hosted MotoAmerica, Trans-Am, Atlantic Championship and vintage events. They announced the sale of the roughly 400-acre property in October 2025, and the track closed at the end of November 2025.
