History
Dover contractor Charlie Elliot was the driving force behind building this quarter-mile in 1966. It hosted around twenty NASCAR Busch North races between 1987 and 2001 along with Whelen Modified Tour events. After a rocky promotional stretch from 2008 to 2010, the Webber family took over in 2011, and its ISMA supermodified Star Classic remains a signature race.
