History

Dick and Wanda Boness built the track, which opened in 1971 as Olympia-Tenino Speedway. It was later owned by Jerry Cope and carried NASCAR sanction from 1989 to 2002. Butch and Nick Behn bought it in 1995 and still run weekly oval and figure-8 programs.
