History
The track was built in 2001 as Wheatland Raceway, a 3/8-mile dirt oval in the Missouri Ozarks. Lucas Oil bought the property in 2004 and reopened it in 2006 after a major rebuild. The complex has since added an off-road course and Lucas Lake, a man-made lake built for drag boat racing.
